"The hotel is basic, but clean and good for one night. Air conditioning was functioning perfectly. Breakfast needs at least 1 gluten free option and the staff need training on gluten free requirements. The main issue with our stay was the swimming pool. Nowhere on the listing did it say the pool is open to the public. This meant the pool was extremely busy and it was impossible to find a sun lounger or even a space to sit."

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location also makes it an excellent choice for visiting both the Alhambra and the historic Albaicín neighborhood. It was a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring Granada. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."

"I was really happy with my stay , the staff was very accommodating allowing me to put my bags aside both prior and after my stay . The rooms are big with a great bathroom alongside it . There’s a bar in the hotel which is great , this should be your first port of call prior to stepping outside and heading into the centre which is roughly 15 minutes walk ."
