The staff was great we goth there a few hours earlier from a long flight and the staff was so nice to give us the room earlier. This made the start of our trip great! "This resort is in a lovely location on the outskirt of madrid (about a 30 min drive into the city center). It is peaceful, sounds of the classes around noon filled the air. I wish we stayed longer to truly have experienced everything it had to offer. As it was off-season, the pool was closed but was beautiful to see. "
