The rooms are modern and updated, and I really appreciate the bathrooms with bathtubs. My only suggestion would be to add an electric kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms, so guests don’t need to call reception. Other than that, everything was great as always!”"

"Staff was extremely cordial and proactively helpful. They accommodated our need to leave a suitcase at their hotel for 2 nights while we visited Venice before returning to the iQ in Milano. This place is VERY customer focused, they show genuine interest in making guests welcome and cared for. We love the amenities! Even though we did not use them all, having the invitation to enjoy anything in the mini-fridge for no cost. "
