"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

"Everything about the apartment was great location wise and lots of space, check in was great. The only call out is the pillows for the beds, they are lumpy and made it uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. Pillows definitely need to be updated on the beds."

"The property is in a great location. The host was fantastic and gracious. A beautiful balcony with table and chairs. As well as an outdoor drying rack for towels and clothes. The area was quiet and simple to navigate. The only negative was no WiFi. I was hoping to call my family while visiting Nice, but that wasn’t possible. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again."

"Location was fantastic. The apartment was good. It had nice sheets and towels. The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage so we had to keep the windows open so the AC didn’t work as efficient. But it’s also understandable because it’s in an old building an old town again. Location was excellent for old town."
