"This property was exactly what we needed for our week in Paris. Listing description is accurate. Perfect size for 2 people and very close to metro. We cooked in the kitchen, made coffee, did laundry, and slept very well with the room darkening blinds and comfortable mattress. Very quiet space. Many cafes close by and a grocery store in the building made it very convenient to grab supplies. "

No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

"Dear future guests,I want to share my experience with this host to help others avoid the same nightmare. After booking a stay two months in advance, we were on the road to Paris when we received a notification that our reservation had been canceled. The host had double-booked the accommodation and, incredibly, failed to notice or resolve the issue until it was far too late.We were left stranded with no place to stay in Paris, forcing us to scramble for alternative accommodations at the last...
