"We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We typically stay in a hotel in Chico, however were looking for a more relaxed stay. This filled our needs well. The property manager was very responsive."

"We couldn't get in. I was sent a message 3 hours before check in time but didn't receive it ;cuz I don't have an iPhone, did not have a phone number to call. It wasn't made clear to me how I was going to get into the property. I needed more comunication and the phone number as soon I made the reservation. Very unhappy. Had to cut my visit short."
