The People Paris Marais

"I’ve stayed here before and what I like about this hostile is that it’s very clean. I was in a private suite for four women (which I like because that way I know I’m only sharing the shower with three people versus for everybody) and I believe they come in and clean the bathrooms every day. Bring a towel or purchase one at the front desk, staff is very friendly and helpful! My warning is that during the summer, there is no AC; Paris was having a heatwave, so I didn’t get much sleep as there was no air circulation. It was fine when I stayed during the spring, as it was cooler. Otherwise, great place to stay for reasonable prices!"
Citadines Montmartre Paris

"Spacious studio, fully equipped kitchen, very quiet even though bars and restaurants are a stone’s throw away. Easy access to metro with both Blanche and Place de Clichy stations within a 5 minute walk in opposite directions. Complimentary coffees and filtered water available in reception area. Unfortunately we stayed during a heatwave and had to sleep on top of the bedcovers as it was so hot. I only realised there was no aircon when we arrived to find 2 fans in the bedroom (thankfully). I would stay here again but not during the summer months unless aircon is installed in the future."

"We stayed at this beautiful hotel from 8th - 11th August 2026. The hotel is central for everything. A minute walk and your in the cafes and shops area. Then a short walk up to the artists district around by the famous sacre church. A 10min walk and your at the famous moulin rouge and the subway to get the trains . The hotel is so clean and modern with a breakfast you can have for 9euros or you can browse and find one of your choice, the bedrooms are very clean and have usb ports for the phones etc. We had a room at the side of the hotel which was perfect. The air con worked very well. The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely come back to this hotel again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location, making it really easy to get around Paris using public transport. The reception being open from 9am–7am was very convenient, and there were some fantastic little extras that made our stay even better — unlimited bottles of water, unlimited coffee and free massage chairs! We also had two industrial fans in the apartment, which were super handy and made a big difference during the warmer weather. The only downside was the small size of the lift, especially when travelling with luggage. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again! 🇫🇷❤️"

"For a relatively low-starred hotel, this was a real gem. The check-in process was hassle-free and the reception area and lounge to the rear was cool, air-conditioned and pleasant. The room had everything we needed and was clean, as well as the bathroom. There was a really good variety of breakfast options each morning and the hotel was near to the Metro and other shops and restaurants to make a really good base for exploring the city"

"The Hotel Was Nice Except They Were Doing Construction My Whole 27 Day Stay The Staff Was Helpful And Very Apologetic For The Inconvenience It Also Help I Got Refunded For 5days The NeighborHood Was Cool Even Though It Was A Little Questionable Over All I EnjoyD My Stay"
