"Room cleanliness below standard. Staff are ok but nobody can assist if you check out early like 5am-7am you are stack. No AC. Ceiling fans are with remote and ceiling lights were problematic. Balcony are not cleaned mostly with bread crumbs. Washing and dryer machines coin system payment are ancients and my clothes where not properly dried in 2 rounds of drying."

"Before my arrival I called the hotel multiple times to confirm my check-in and they never answered the phone. When I arrive, I show my reservation and the simply said that they didn't have it and were fully booked.
I was in the middle of the night without accommodation, they didn't offer any help, options on accommodation, a call for a taxi or even a simple apology. I strongly recommend to avoid this place."
