"We stayed for 8 nights in this beautiful hotel without a complaint. The staff was great and we loved our room. The hotel is a bit out of the tourist madness, but close enough to many of the beautiful sights. It's also close to the metro and the Palladium shopping mall. We rode the metro to the State Opera and the National Theater, and it was all easy to navigate. I recommend that you pay for the breakfast buffet. The food is great and is served in the beautiful restaurant attached to the hotel that I also recommend."

"Old basic furnishings in our room but clean. Before we arrived i emailed the hotel and requested a room with single beds, a shower and if bathrobes and an iron could be placed in our room as we had a late check in. The response was prompt and we were given a ground floor room with all our requests met. Although ground floor we could not hear any outside noise. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast, although simple was adequate, bread (toaster supplied) vegan butter and normal butter, different types of milks, including soya, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, various pastries, bacon (fatty) sausage(not english) cereals, cheese etc. The room was serviced every day, toiletries are supplied, soap, shampoo seperate conditioner, body lotion, shower cap, kettle with supplies(not replenished) safe, no extra charge, tv, phone, fridge, not many hangers in wardrobe.wardrobe.gifloor room "
