"Clean room mad that the lady at the front desk made me pay for parking and I’m military"

"An older hotel for sure, but it was clean and smelled nice. All the linens smelled fresh and were super soft. Staff was super friendly and the location was pretty calm compared to further down the beach. The room was huge. My only issue was the bathroom. The toilet ran constantly, had to keep the door shut. Then when I went to take a shower, realized the toilet obviously leaks under the tank as there was standing water on the floor. When I took a shower I stayed ankle deep in water the entire duration of the shower, but the water pressure was great. The parking seemed ok when I got there, but I found it was quite terrible when it was time to leave. I have a mid size SUV and with the way the lines are drawn, the car that parked behind where I had parked was outside the line leaving me to make about a 15 point turn to get out leaving about an inch between me and that car."

"Staff was Amazing , AM Midday and evening. Greetings every time. Restaurant 10/10. They have specials for week nights as well as a nice lounge on the weekends. Micheal the bartender was so nice, well presented, well manager. Imani/Amani was such a sweet server, with a blessed future a head of her. The restaurant GM has a staff that complements her very well. Front desk staff was amazing very thorough. My only issue was the POOL being out of order. That hurt my soul. Hopefully by my next booking we can be at the pool. "

"I didn’t have a beach view once checked in even though I was informed I would have one. The A/C was down the first night BUT thanks to MAINTENANCE before and after bringing me a fan! overall 7/10. "
