I did like that the balcony door was hard to open being that this hotel had so many things to do for kids online. The movie theater was open and it was nice and convenient! The pool was full of children not following the rules and it was unsafe"

"Great view or the ocean and easy access to the beach. There was plenty of parking as well. Although the rooms were comfortable and clean, the walls between adjoining rooms can be rather thin. No fault of the staff- who were great by the way, but our neighbor next door loves to party until 3 in the morning. Having ear plugs would help greatly."

"Was disappointed the Sky Lounge and Infiniti Pool wasn't open and that's what I traveled to VA Beach for in the first place."

"Very courteous staff , anything we needed they were very quick to accommodate us . Great beach view our room had a spectacular view of the beach and sunrise. Restaurants we liked were all within a few minutes from our hotel . Would stay here again should we return ."
