We had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, cups, and coffee, as there was not enough supplies. Breakfast was good and included in our booking, it was otherwise charged $19/person,"

"This was our second stay here, since we came last fall during the government shutdown. This time we got to visit and see EVERYTHING we came for, and this cottage could not have been a better base for us. The proximity to the Metro was one of the key factors in our choice the first time, but this return visit was a no-brainer. Such a comfortable place, with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Having two bathrooms was great. Our hosts did a great job of preparing a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!"

We waited at the hotel for about two hours after long hours of our flight and they kept saying that no booking had been made through Expedia. After more than two hours of speaking with an Expedia agent—both they and I talked to the hotel—I was finally given a room. However, after that, Expedia did nothing further to assist me. I called again, but no compensation or resolution was offered. All they did,After 3 times call Expedia, they offered $100 key cash!!!"
