"Nice room in old building, a/c just about coped with 38c outside. Decent breakfast and reasonably priced dinner (onsite restaurant was not open when we stayed). Location is ok but it was a drive or bus to get into the city. The nice Salburua nature reserve can be accessed close by with good walking/birding and cycling. "

"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! "

"Great location, easy accessible by public tram, and easy walk to old town, with good restaurants and good sightseeing. The Florida park across for hotel added benefit. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting with the planning of our daily activities. Would definitely return. "

"We stayed at the property based on the reviews which did not live up to the rating. The walls and the pillows were both paper thin and when the cleaner started vacuuming in the halls at 8am that ended our sleep. The area did not seem overly safe and we were glad the parking was secure."
