"Antonetta hotel ägaren/bossen var helt fantastisk. Gav oss bästa företsättningar med information om transport, vilket kort man ska ha för att få ut alla bästa upplevelser. Hon lagade mat, städa till att administrera. Hon hade allt i ryggmärgen. Hotellet var gammaldags, mysigt, med en fin altan och nära till matbutik/restauranger 5min. Frukosten var mysig, där man fick beställa dagen innan så hon kunde förbereda den. Fick även hjälp att boka en taxi som körde mig och min fru kl: 01:45...

"Our experience was horrible. First and foremost the host lists the property address as N.S. della Salute, Riomaggiore SP when in fact that street address is Volestra which is 15 minutes away by car and a over 2 hours by foot. The Wifi was not working and the host was not responsive. When we finally reached him after contacting Expedia, he said that we should go buy a mobile hot spot. We asked him to have it repaired and he stated that "I am on vacation." The property description indicates...

"We had a basic economy room so expectations were not high, but the room was very basic. No fridge/mini-bar, no coffee in room, mattress was bad and pillows terrible. Just a partial ocean view as well. That being said, it was clean and the location was perfect to hit all 5 towns in a day and a half. There was no restaurant and very few choices in town or close by. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. For the price and location I would say it is worth the stay."

The property is lovely, ample, tasty and varied breakfast items were included and great dinner menu. But the best was the charming, gracious staff. We were made to feel so welcome! "Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "

"This was a great location in Riomaggiore. There was a unique way to get to it but someone met us at the train station and helped us get to our room. For seniors it has a lot of steep stairs and alleyway. Not sure I would stay again because of that. The staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. Restaurant close by was good also."

"The hotel is at the hill of Talkero with beautiful view. They have the bus with several stop to Lerici which is quiet and scenic. We had the seafood spaghetti two times at the Restaurant Defanio and he restaurant nearby Ristorante Il Gambero Nero. They are phenomenal. The hotel also has great breakfast. The welcome drink is a plus. The balcony room with the sea breeze also veryy nice. We enjoyed our stay."
