"The bed was not the most comfortable, but you can't beat to convenience of the location, especially if you are planning on traveling to Cinque Terre. I would recommend using this as a base and using the trains to travel to Monterrosso and then taking the ferry or walking down the route. If you plan to spend your whole day out and just use this for sleeping, it's perfect. If you're not used to any noise, the trains are a little loud, but it was actually surprisingly quiet for the location."

"The owners were great hosts and would do anything they could to make for a great stay. As with most or all properties in Riomaggarie there many steps. The views and food were great. You just have to accept extra effort. This would be very hard if handicapped. Lee"

"The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Parking is tight, but we were able to find a spot on the street. We walked to the train station to take the train to Cinque Terre. The morning breakfast is lovely, and the staff at reception is very accommodating. This is a great little hotel!"

"Such a hidden gem! We wish we could stay longer and will definitely do so the next time. The hotel is up in the mountain, 10 min away from the Manarola bus stop, perfect location for a quiet and relaxing retreat, The bus runs every hour and is 2.50 Euro if you don't have Cinque Terre pass. Antonella was very kind, hard working, and amazing host who took care of everything we need. The hotel is meticulously maintained and breakfast was freshly made and so delicious. If you are wine lover (or not), make sure to visit Cantina Capellini - Agrivino for a stunning view. Definitely A++!!!"
The Vernazza Suites in Cinque Terre

"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment! The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind. I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."

"Very nice location, close to town and a short taxi to the train station. Parking was a problem, but we eventually found a spot. The perfect place to stay if you plan to have an all day adventure in Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nice! We had a nice view of the water, although smaller than was advertised."

"L'emplacement est magnifique, loin des regards, une vue exceptionnelle. Les déjeuners "maison" sont de bonnes qualité. Les seuls "hic" sont la distance avec le village de Vernazza et l'accès. Le transport en commun de soir est à 19:00, donc pas de marge de manoeuvre. L'hôtel devrait donner plus de détails sur le transport et l'accès. Sentier pédestre assez difficile pour accéder au village, mais vue imprenable. Chambre petite. Les proprios sont très gentils et serviables. Belle expérience."

"Nous avons adoré notre chambre vue sur la mer. le Happy Hour est génial. Le seul bémol est l'accès à l'hôtel qui est dans les hauteurs et difficile de se rendre à pied avec nos valises. Mais il y a un shuffle pour nous rendre. Ce n'est pas inscrit sur leur site. Vous devez l'inscrire svp car on l'aurait pris ce shuffle, Et attention, il n'y a pas de resto sur place sauf pour le déjeuner qui est excellent. Alors pour aller au restos, vous avez à marcher et surtout descendre au centre ville."
