"Coordination with the staff was excellent, even with technical limitations. They made sure we could access the area and the property."

"A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. "

"This location and home was absolutely beautiful. We are so thankful that we found it! The owner was so kind and responded quickly to any questions."

"This is probably the nicest place that I've ever stayed in. Beautiful views and gorgeous apartment with nice amenities. I wish I didn't have to leave. Highly recommend"

"Great location for hiking the cinque terre trails"

"I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! "

"The property is beautiful and location was even better. Everything was as advertised and complete. We were met at the property to assist with check-in which was a big plus. The biggest negative to the property was a continual dropping of material from the ceiling over the kitchen island. We were afraid to use the island for food prep because we weren't sure what was falling. That needs to be addressed. Also, the fencing around the terrace was a little beat up. While we were there we experienced...

"This apartment has lots of natural light, beautiful views, and was larger than expected. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Great place, very clean. Highly recommend and definitely have them cook the pasta for you! "

"Great location.Unfortunately the AC leaks, the carpet/rug gets wet and leaves a musty odor. Advised the property manager, they were aware of the issue but no fix was offered. We mopped up the floor every morning. Left a day early due to the issue."

"Incredible views! "

"We booked the Manarola locale for only a few nights, and they quickly became a highlight of our vacation. The views were incredible, and the apartment had a lovely seaside coziness."

"Great location in a beautiful area!"

"This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. The lack of a/c was rough, despite the sea air. It was very humid. Ceiling fans did help some. The water pressure in the shower was the best in Italy. It was a bit pricey, but again it’s the location. Only real...

"Very rustic property, but clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Lots of steps to facility, but there are steps everywhere! And, we were pleased that when we opened the door, no more steps!😀"
