2/10 Terrible

"update your pictures to what the hotel is really like. It's a mobile 8 with Wyndam prices. That is ridiculous. Wyndam normally has wonderful hotels and this one is a low end hotel. the parking lot alone is dangerous. Everything is out dated looking and I brought my boyfriend here to impress him and it was depressing I was embarrassed. Again your pictures online made the hotel look much better than it really is."

"It's worth sharing that we were able to book a 1-night stay over a holiday weekend, which seems next to impossible especially at the beach. So, for that, I was pleased. Given that, we chose not to consult the staff about a few issues we had with our room. Check-in was great and the staff was very accommodating to allow extra pool wrist bands for our friends that were at a neighboring hotel. The room we were placed in was on the first floor and immediately after the elevators. While we heard nothing, the smell was a bit odd. It was quite musty upon entry, but the bathroom had the worst odor. Since we were on the first level, the balcony was challenging to use. A design flaw likely, but the condensation from the AC units would run along the side of our balcony and splash all over the railing causing us to get sprayed while trying to be out there. Our AC unit was also very noisy when operating. Trying to sleep with it running was challenging, so we did have to go without it and utilize the room fans more instead. Again, given the 1-night stay, we weren't going to bother the staff with these issues as we ended up spending more time at the neighboring hotel with our friends. But, I would recommend some TLC for room 4106."

10/10 Excellent

"Great beachfront stay with easy access to restaurants and nearby shops. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. My only issue was the bed sheets, which were old and stained. The hotel should consider replacing linens once they become worn out. Another downside was that a large group of non-guests appeared to sneak into the pool area and took over the hot tub without any consideration for paying guests. Unfortunately, there were no staff members around to address the situation. Having an employee monitor the pool area would help prevent this in the future. Aside from those issues, I would definitely stay here again."
