"Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place."

"Ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 15 in in altra struttura , dopo entriamo in camere non preparate con le docce piene di animaletti non pulite ,senza asciugamano ,senza acqua nel frigo la tv non funzionava , penso don debba dire altro "

"Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"

Le note dolenti sono nei servizi : assenza di televisione i telefoni non hanno campo, almeno per i gestori da noi utilizzati, non esiste il wi.fay. "We spent 1 night on Vulcano in the really nice Pensione La Giara. It is conveniently situated on a relatively quiet street on a little over 5 min walk from the port, and on route to the path ascending to the vulcano. We were in two neighbouring bedrooms with shared bathroom for both rooms, which was perfect for our family of four. The owner on arrival advised on the trip up the vulcano and on nearby restaurants.
