"Convenient to old town, large rooms, good breakfast buffet. Restaurant choices for other meals is small. Tub sides are very high with no handrail, definitely a safety hazard getting in and out. Staff is helpful. Has a little refrigerator which is nice for Europe. AC works well. "

"The Hermitage is a very clean, comfortable, updated hotel with spacious, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, excellent fitness center and very friendly staff. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, and is an easy tram ride or beautiful walk along the river to get around. I hope to return for a future stay! "

"The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and all you needed, my only critique was the mini bar fridge was locked - I didn't intend on using products from the mini bar but it would've been nice to keep my water cool in there. Hotel was well looked after and looked like the pictures online, sometimes the hallways were a little messy from people ordering room service but again this is only a minor issue. The breakfast buffet was great, many options and all tasty, the service was also great "

"Great hotel with great location and great value for money. They could use better curtains for daytime to cut light though. Due to my jet lag I was sleeping during th day but rooms were a bit too bright even with curtains. Had some issues with the in room safe but staff was prompt to resolve these. breakfast is very elaborate and worth the price. Hotel has a great restaurant and also spa and ATM so very convenient. "
