"Vom ersten Moment an waren wir überrascht von den jewwiligen Größen der beiden Schlafzimmer. Beide Zimmer waren recht klein. Bei einer 40m² Wohnung im Nachhinein kein Wunder. Für zwei Personen, von denen jeweils einer ein Zimmer bekommt, ausreichend - mir wäre es mit drei Personen definitiv zu klein.Von den Bildern her entsprach das Mobiliar diesen, jedoch bei der Couch und beim Sessel merkte man, dass sie durchgesessen waren. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und bot genug Platz. Der Wasserkocher...

"The house is really great. Everything was tidy and the landlord was super friendly. The beach is very close and the camping site nearby has everything you need. It´s also great that the big garden has a fence so dogs or kids can´t stroll away. If you´re looking for a relaxing, more quiet holiday at the beach this place is a perfect choice. "

"Das Haus war im Untergeschoss in einem unmöglichen Zustand. Die Toiletten und das Bad sind wohl mindestens seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr saniert worden. Offensichtlich wurde die Schimmelbildung überstrichen. Meine Familie hat Allergien und hat auf diesen Zustand extrem reagiert. Mit Unterstützung der Verwaltung konnten wir das Haus wechseln gegen Mehrkosten. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!"

"Huswell management is just AI, and no use whatsoever when the toilet doesn't flush. AVOID anything managed by them. 3 days of messages, nothing. Promise of a refund, after ringing them. 10-15 days to process - in this day and age? Not expecting it to come through. Also, information re the property is incorrect, garden area not maintained, lots of spaces not cleaned, bathroom smells of drains, and fairly dangerous set of stairs down to bathroom and toilet (narrow treads, and no railing)."
