"The room was nice and tidy but a bit cold I followed instructions on the conditioner but it only pushed cold air out despite of 20 temperatures on the display Couldn't work out the heater, left it on random settings, and it was too hot. No instructions for that heater to be found! Overall - a good experience, could've been better if I arrived not so late at night and could ask for help :)"
