"Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. We enjoyed the complimentary Japanese breakfasts daily that were delivered to our room at a time we chose.
Rooms were immaculate and cleaning done daily with fresh towels.
Enjoyed looking at the koi fish and beautiful views of the pagoda from the rooftop garden.
Very convenient to train station and restaurants.
