"Great room it just needed air conditioning as was hot and being in the ground floor next to the road we didn’t want to leave the windows open overnight. Cannot fault anything else. "

"Having booked a sea view room with balcony, we were somewhat disappointed to find that outside of our room was the kitchen extraction fan & ductwork. We therefore rejected this room but unfortunately the hotel, being fully booked for the night of the 27th May for the one night we remained insitu. Having requested to be moved the following day without fuss, we were moved to a second floor room which was perfect for the remainder of our stay. The hotel even moved our possessions themselves after we had packed them up! The breakfast is first class with a very good selection of cooked food and served with panache by ?"

It's near the seaside and also historical towns so there is lots to see and do within a short drive. We will definitely be going again. "

"Just stayed there one night. Think we received a very reasonable rate because it was a monday night and the golfers had not arrive for the week as yet. Tried to get another night and they were booked solid. Very nice motel with pool and ammenities. Hit some golf balls at the attache driving range. Restaruant and bar were excellent. Seems like this is geared to golfers."

"What a wonderful place to stay in Suffolk. The food was really tasty and good size portions. I stayed overnight and my room was really cozy, peaceful and had a balcony overlooking the back garden. The staff were super lovely and friendly. I would stay again if I am ever in the area in the future."
