"All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, including fresh bed linen. The food was delicious. We had a large room with a sea view, which was wonderful to wake up to. "

"The hotel was lovely but in need of a few maintenance touch ups in the bar/dining area & rooms. We had a room with a view, a view we couldn’t fault. The main letdown of the room were the lining of the curtains were ripped in quite a few places, a quarter of one of the linings was missing so let the light in through the main curtain material. The shower hose was not long enough to slide the shower head up for taller people & it’s a shame the layout of the bathroom wasn’t thought out better as the toilet is right by the door opening. A positive was the shower was nice & powerful & the bed was comfortable. We had a meal in the afternoon which was lovely, the cooked breakfast the next morning was buffet style. The plates were cold & the ingredients under the hot lamps were only warm on the verge of cold as we discovered when we sat down to eat. The staff were really lovely & we hope the hotel improves on these niggles as it is a lovely hotel & we would happily stay there again."
