"We love this little hotel! Everyone is so friendly. The sweet lady who makes the breakfast, is very shy, but does a great job of making sure there is plenty of HOT food and the cold food is cold. My only complaint is, the hotel itself needs to be better maintained. Our bathroom has some tiles missing and some that needed repair as well as there has been a repair started but never finished. However, this has no bearing in the wonderful people who work there. "

Property, room were all very clean Staff were helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 from my daughter and husband also. My grandson just entered U of F so we all will be staying here whenever we are in Gainesville "
