"Clean room, excellent breakfast. Airport shuttle is a bit complicated and confusing. Did not realize it was free FROM the airport, but 6 CHF TO airport. You need a voucher, though that wasn’t provided when I paid the 6 CHF to get me to my morning flight. The driver wouldn’t take me without the voucher, so I went back to the front desk. No one asked or mentioned it when I checked in or out. It’s not a major flaw, but to advertise “free shuttle,” is not accurate, and you actually need a paper voucher."

"Beds were comfortable. It took few minutes until we got hot water in the shower but finally we got. Breakfast is basic. They could provide gluten free bread. I suggest to have allergens list noted for breakfast items."
