"Upon entering the gates to this beautiful estate, I was greeted with a lobby perfect for an estate. The decorations were stunning and the receptionist was so kind and answered all my questions. She even offered to make us a reservation at the estates restaurant (which was amazing by the way). The room its self was so clean and pleasant. Adventuring around the estate inside and outside was like stepping into a fairy tale. I enjoyed every second of my stay. "

"Very friendly rooms above pub slap bang in the main street. Pretty laid back and jiust came and went as we pleased. Cat and all the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. Bar was great for a few drinks and the town is great with friendly people everywhere. Big bonus was Vale of Leithen won :-)"

"We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh. "

Upgraded free of charge which was a lovely surprise 🥰 young man who checked us in was so lovely polite and friendly 😊 We went for a meal elsewhere for my mums birthday and when we came back we visited the pub across the road which is also part of this family business and again the place was cute and clean with wonderful staff and locals. "There was no one at the desk. Self check in via the hotel email. Room was on 2nd floor up two flights of winding stairs not easy to maneuver with luggage. Limited food at the hotel. Did have free parking. Very old building not handicap accessible. Room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was very small couldn’t open the door all the way. Not recommended for older people or anyone who can’t do stairs."

"Not much could be improved upon at this beautiful, immaculate, well-organized B&B. Uta was delightful. The room & toilet were lovely, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!"
