"It would be 5 star, except for a phone call at 10 pm from the front desk that the family below us complained that we were running in our room. No one was running. I have a 3 year old boy, who weighs 30 lbs. He tends to move quickly, and he had to drop down out of those tall beds."

"My only complaint: The toilet was child size. I have never seen one that close to the floor. Might have to request an ADA room next time so there are at least grab bars for my wife to get up from the commode."
