One thing I did want to mention is the floor in our room. There was a rough spot that both my daughter and son stepped on and ended up cutting their feet. It might be something worth taking a look at so no one else gets hurt in the future. Overall, we appreciated the great service and just wanted to pass this along as something that might need a little attention."

"Hotel staff was great, very friendly. This hotel has an odd layout: there is the tower area where the cafes and restaurants are and it’s a very welcoming environment. But the wing with the suites just seems so closed off. There’s random pieces of furniture scattered, no artwork, nothing that feels welcoming like the tower side. After we got home I noticed that we were charged a $25 per day amenities fee, yet the only amenity they had was a very small gym. "

"Worst hotel experience by far. Severe noise issue with people under our room who were screaming at each other until 4am. Hotel staff did nothing other than moving them sometime the next morning. I got absolutely no sleep. Beds were hard as a rock, breakfast was warm at best with groups of unattended children destroying the breakfast area. I will not be back and cannot believe I had to pay for that experience."
