"Great views of the marina and the river. Property is clean and well maintained. In house dining was limited, however great dining choices were nearby. Fitness room was almost completely equipped with cardio machines and very limited otherwise. Indoor pool is small. Staff was very helpful and courteous."

"Property is definitely dated and in need of repairs, upkeep, and refurbish. It seems that in many categories, the management has given up trying. Highlight is the outdoor pool area, very nice amenity. Low point is the breakfast, it seems they just want to be able to say that they have a breakfast, but almost zero effort to making it edible. E.g. they had coffee, but no creamer, when I asked if there was any available, was told "that's it, we're out." Seemed to be true for the rest of the breakfast, and the employees attitude. We ate the breakfast the first day, but skipped it the rest of the stay. Room was comfortable, on par with a Motel 6, the decor very dated, with a 1980's atomic energy mural. TV and wi-fi were functional. Overall my ratings would be: employee attitude: 1 out of 5 room comfort: 3 out of 5 grounds: 3 out of 5 breakfast: 1 out of 5 outdoor pool: 4.5 out of 5"

Tri-Cities Home Away From Home

"The home is very comfortable. We slept so well on the comfortable beds. The living room furniture was super comfy too. Great place to kick up your legs at the end of the day. Kitchen had everything we needed and there truly is plenty of room to sprawl out and everyone have their own space. TV’s with streaming abilities in every room was nice too. If you have chemical or fragrance sensitivities, be aware that the home is heavily scented with febreze and wall plugins. Larry and I had a conversation about the attention to cleanliness and I am hopeful that will be improved because it truly is a lovely and comfortable home."

LivAway Suites Tri-Cities- Richland

"We absolutely loved our stay at LivAway in Richland. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accessibility room was absolutely amazing! I have never seen a room so accommodating. There was plenty of room to turn around my mobility scooter to get in and out of the bathroom, and the tub/shower has multiple bars at different levels on all sides, along with a shower chair (not pictured; can put on). I haven’t see any other hot like this. There were only 2 drawbacks. There aren’t plates, pots/pans, even though there was tons of storage and access to be able to cook. Lastly, it is dog friendly, yet there is no where for the dogs to go to the bathroom except mulch and rocks (picture below). That’s not acceptable to be a dog friendly place. Due to this, I would give them a 4.8 rating out of 5. Everything else, the room and storage, cleanliness, staff, are all. 5/5 stars. We look forward to staying in another LivAway when we travel again. We just need to bring our own items to cook, and hope they have grass for the dogs. Thank you."

"Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!"
