"Place is clean and very comfortable. It was a 1 night stay. People were very nice. Close to downtown Charlotte and train station."

"Nicely appointed suite! Super clean and a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops, cafes, various eateries and great walks. NoDa neighborhood is hip and cool! And close to downtown Charlotte, a quick 5 minute Blue Line train trip away, if you happen to be going to a concert or sporting event!"

"Perfect apartment and seamless check in!"

"Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns."

"The only "complaint" I have is my room was never seeviced, I stayes Mon-Fri. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay and I ackowledged I did. Nonetheless, my room was never cleaned."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff at front desk were welcoming and informative. The breakfast staff was very nice. The food and fruit was good, hot, and area was kept clean. The property was very nice and well kept."

"Terrible service"

"Great staff, the room was clean, great amenities. We didn't eat any major meals at the hotel but we did have appetizers at the downstairs pub and grill and they were good as well as the bartenders. Plenty of places within 2 blocks to eat, drink and shop."
