"This was hands down the most spectacular vacation spot we could have asked for while travelling around Chianti. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is spotless and very comfortable. We hope to come back and bring many more family members with us! Thank you for such a great stay!! "
"I was a little hesitant about staying outside a "major city," but I'm so glad we did. Very cute hotel and room. It was a short walk to the local town, which had lots of options for dinner and chianti tasting. "
"Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Parking was on the street, but it was fairly close and easy."
"I don’t always write reviews, but in this case I just had to, cause I can’t recommend this absolutely beautiful place enough. I’ve been an avid traveller for 40 years, stayed in plenty of top hotels, and this place is easily in my top five of all time. The surroundings look like a postcard, the place itself is beyond idyllic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food was great too, especially the breakfast. The whole experience was magical, romantic and wonderful. Do yourself a favor and stay...
"The facilities were immaculate. I would recommend that an option be added for the basic wines to be all inclusive in your stay, to enhance the experience with Dievole wine."
"Stunning property in a cute hilltop town. Garden with tables and lounge chairs to have breakfast or hang out in the evenings. The rooms have nice details and good quality beds. "

Beautiful Tuscan farmhouse with stunning views of Chianti countryside
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay in the Tuscan hills. It's a great location for visiting larger nearby cities and the pool was very relaxing. I would recommend this location and property to other families. "

Beautiful house on Chianti hilltop with exceptional views.
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most amazing time in an outstanding villa with stunning views and sunsets. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, plenty of areas to eat outside, a large shared swimming pool that was never busy and beautifully tended gardens. Honestly the best villa we have stayed in. Perfect for 6 to 8 people and everything you need provided to cook in or bbq. It’s a 10 minute drive down a dirt track but worth it! Great villages nearby and close to Siena and Florence (1 hr by car). Thank you Anna and Paul"
Luxury converted barn with hilltop views in chianti wine region, Tuscany
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was delightful in The Barn. It is located down a 2 mile dirt (“white”) road, but has spectacular views of the Tuscan hills and vineyards. Corin, the property owner, was very helpful with suggestions, answered questions asked and responded to inquiries quickly. Jacky, the property manager, was also helpful. There is a fairly large community pool immediately adjacent to the property; it can be somewhat crowded at times, but is well maintained by the full time maintenance man, Cosimo. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floor; having a bathroom on the main floor would have been handy, but the layout was very workable nonetheless. While we were there, temperatures reached 90F; all bedrooms have ceiling fans and are supplied with an additional portable fan, which helps in such weather, but air conditioning would have been ideal. One absolute bright spot was Serena; Corin suggested we consider having her cook for us and it was one of the best things we could have done. She is an absolute doll and her food is fantastic! We would highly recommend her—if you have her come but once, you will be disappointed you didn’t have her come more often. She is very popular and booking her in advance would be highly recommended…"
"From our greeting on arrival by Raffealla and her team, we found the impeccable spaces and glorious Tuscan views a feast for the eyes.Accomodations were all clean, well-appointed, and as-advertised. (Some in our group found the beds firm, so be aware if you need a lot of cushion.Every suggestion, from drivers to chefs and photographer, was an introduction to another lovely, highly qualified professional. Inquiries were responded to promptly, and always with such warmth. We are each so thankful to have experienced Isola Serena, and I believe you will be delighted if you have an opportunity to visit this special place.Grazie mallie!"
