"Staff are friendly and helpful. It is right at the city centre of causeway bay that makes going everywhere really easy. "

"Bathrooms are clean with "excellent" water pressure in the shower; AIRCON, WIFI, hair dryer, electric water heater, same day laundry service (which is expensive), helpful staff, small SAFE in the room, small REFRIGERATOR in the room, ice is delivered to the room, one computer in the lobby (small fee required for longer sessions), printing available at the front desk, close to "WAN CHAI" MRT station, close to "SOUTHORN PLAYGROUND", close to "DING DING" stops (Eastbound & Wesbound), no room service but 100+ restaurants within walking distance, close to "WELLCOME" supermarket, close to "CIRCLE-K" and "7-11" stores, easy to get a taxi at the front desk, the TV works but most channels are in CHINESE. We really enjoyed our stay here !!!"

"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had. We booked a room with breakfast included and we were very happy with it. Breakfast has both western and Asian options. One downside was that the gym was unavailable during our stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. They were also able to help call a taxi for our early flight. Would consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong!"
