"The room clean is not very good. Need order next clean service. Otherwise, no clean. Also never fill the tissue and toilet paper. We stay one week. It is not good."

"Wonderful hotel in the best area of Berlin for seeing all the sights. Room was very comfortable . Restaurant was fantastic , breakfast was great and dining outside along the river was lovely. We enjoyed a lovely meal one evening followed by incredible dessert!! We loved it!"

"This hotel is OK if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights and are happy to live out of your suitcase. However there are a number of issues if you are staying for a longer period. 1. Storage space - There are no drawers in the rooms, to put things like underwear or small clothing items. In the double room there was only one bedside cabinet which meant all my bedside items (book, phone etc) had to go on the floor 2. Bathroom - There wasn't one. The handbasin was in the passage between the door of the room and the bedroom section. There was a shower compartment which opened onto the bedroom with a curtain to hide you when you were showering. My wife loves me very much but did not particularly want to see me washing my "bits". 3. If you are female there is nowhere to put make up or any other things that a lady needs to make herself presentable on leaving the room. 4. Breakfast was nice but because the hotel appears to cater especially for tour groups it is difficult to get a table at times. 5. Hotel bar - There is no bar service,you have to wait for a waiter to take your order and bring it. On one occasion this resulted in a 15 minute wait before ordering and then a 30 minute wait for the drinks to arrive. 6. Room cleaning - They have an unnecessary technological system where you press a button the wall to request room cleaning the next day. We did this - the room was not cleaned. I am not sure how this is more efficient than hanging a note on your door requesting the room be cleaned"

"Funky modern hotel conveniently located less than 10 minute walk from Haufbhanhof (central train station). Clean, quiet with free access to drinking water 24/7 and they offer free coffee from 23:30-11:30. Good breakfast buffet available. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that the AC did not work so the room was average 26 degrees even with the window open. But otherwise great place to stay."

"Room was very clean but extremely small. We had a queen size bed and barely were able to fit our 2 suit cases. This hotel is good but runs on barely minimum- no tissues, iron, or drawers to place your belongings"

"The hotel is amazing. It has good amenities like a table tennis area, bar and gym. Really beautifully decorated. The only things I did not enjoy is that it’s a little out of the way, and there’s little staff as the check in and check out are self service. I missed the human connection. Having said this, the staff I spoke with were very kind."

"Great place! Quiet spot next to the SBahn (I think) and i short walk to Porsdamer Platz station. The only complaint was the air conditioning. It was quite warm in our east facing room. Windows didn't do much to help."
