"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We booked 5 rooms as part of a group, and every room had the same issues, so this was not an isolated case. The rooms and bathrooms were in poor condition and clearly need renovation. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning did not work at all, making the rooms very uncomfortable, especially during the warmer weather. "Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Wapping station, Sainsbury's local opposite, pub was nice too. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Perfect for us to stop over for the night & would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."
