"The cottage was perfect. Centrally located, very clean and the experience was seamless. The cottage was decorated nicely with a scenic view and the front porch was so nice to sit and watch the sun rise. Owner hospitality was very thoughtful complete with labels throughout the house, and stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and the short walking distance to the historic tunnel was something we will never forget. Just a wonderful trip thanks to our stay at Afton. We all want to come back next year."

"1st time to the area for a wedding nearby which made its location perfect! Plenty of comfortable seating on the porches for relaxing & bird watching. Are stay was short, but we had everything we needed. The coffee/ tea counter was perfect. The veiw from the dining room table, beautiful. The bed was comfy, the place clean & peaceful, making it a breeze to prepare for a family wedding. I would not hesitate to stay at Sweet Afton again, & take some time to explore this beautiful area."

"Your search for the perfect rental home is at an end. Don't hesitate renting A View with a Room. This property was absolutely awesome. You couldn't ask for more. The host took into account everything you could possibly need during a stay for one night to over a week. The beds and living room furniture was comfortable. The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well supplied. The host provided a huge amount of supplies - Kitchen cleaning supplies, paper towels, Kleenex in almost every room, toilet paper, and on and on. I would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone I know visiting the area."
