"Great staff and location. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. You're not supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet (older plumbing). You can't drink the tap water. No coffee in the room, but they offer bottled water and a complimentary bottle of wine. Despite the plumbing challenges, still a great room! "

"The room was clean and newly furnished, lovely balcony, seating area. From the photos on hotel.com, we expected that the room would be larger. It’s quite small. Staff were wonderful. Help with advice for dinner places and things to do, and helped us to bring our breakfast to the balcony of our room. Since we had a dog, we couldn’t eat in the dining area. Staff were really outstanding. It’s a pretty long walk, bringing luggage back-and-forth from the parking area. But all in all a memorable stay with a panoramic view of the city and Harbour, that would not be possible from other locations."
