"Dear Management / Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint and request a full refund regarding my two-night stay in Room 624 at the Hampton by Hilton Rochdale (October 15 to October 17, 2026). "Hotel is fine, giving the basic facilities for a comfortable business stay."

"Staff were wonderful"

"Great stay the hotel has an excellent atmosphere. Staff weee extremely helpful and always happy to assist where they could. Food in the restaurant at night was superb as was the full emglybreakfast. Rooms are small but functional but clean and all that you need. Bed was comfortable shower was great."

"Friendly staff. Good food and bar service. Did not use pool and gym services. What was not up to par was condition of property. Black mold and a leak in corner of lounge area. Room very strange door on bathroom and worn furnishings."

"Great value and good breakfast"

So it defeated the object of why I was staying. Then when I wanted to sleep I had both rooms either side with their TV on full blast (fire alarm went off around 10pm too). Woke up with a terrible headache and no work done… so not a successful stay sadly."

Excellent breakfast with a good range of hot and cold items and some healthy options. Warm and friendly greeting from staff on arrival. Large car park that empties out overnight but VERY busy on a Sunday morning (extremely difficult to find a vacant space). Easy to pay for parking using a machine in the lobby...
