"This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel because the 1st time was amazing. Unfortunately this time not so much. We checked in which was by a lovely helpful young lady. We had an upgraded room which was very kind. Unfortunately the room was slightly dirty but we didn't want to complain as we thought it would be sorted by the time we got back in. The next day it was so hot so went to put air con on but it wasn't working, we had misplaced a piece of paper and couldn't find it and that was because it was in supposedly made bed! The breakfast however was amazing again. Although the issues were very irritating the staff were 100% amazing"

"We paid for the Tower view. Well worth the extra money, the view is incredible. Rooms are clean. You can set the mood lightining using the iPad. There is no kettle in the room. There is no iron, but there is an Ironing room on each floor. Rooftop bar provides great views of the City. Staff were very friendly"

"Ideal location for Euston Station. Love that they can keep your luggage for you. We picked it up on the way to the station. Room was clean and we had everything we needed. Could do with some air conditioning but managed ok. Comfy beds. Hotel could do with updating but for the money it was fine. Staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. Always some staff around and ready to help. Also, they have water on tap to fill up bottles. I liked this. Breakfast was very busy and expensive for someone who doesn’t eat much breakfast. It wasn’t the best but adequate. I would stay again. "

"I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was very convenient and safe. Close to the hop on/off bus, tube station, and walking distance to Covent Garden/Theatres. Bed was comfy and my single room cozy with everything I needed for a nice stay. I thought the breakfast offerings were very good and loved the garden in the back to enjoy my coffee. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to sit and socialize. Will definitely stay here again when in London. "
