"Location, location, location, you couldn't ask for a better location. Right across a non busy street is the boardwalk and beach. Easy to cross with children or beach chairs. 30 second walk and you are on the boardwalk for great food, games or shopping......or just a walk. The hotel provides beach tags which will save you a bunch of cash. The hotel itself is old so tamper your expectations. There is a pool and the staff is great. Our room with a king size bed was pretty small, small tv and tight bathroom compared to other places. We don't spend much time in the room so these shortcomings don't bother us especially considering the price and location. We will definitely book there again."

"Parking is a little tight in the front, but there's plenty of parking in the back. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean for the most part. The pull-out couch mattress looked a little worn and not very clean, but we just put a sheet over it. The air conditioning worked great, and we were comfortable during our stay. Overall, I would bring my family here again."

"I stayed here from Friday to Sunday & was a really great stay! I bring my own sheets/pillowcases/towels/shower shoes(sandals) & brought clorax wipes just to make sure everything is clean prior to getting settled in. For seaside, this is a pretty decent place to stay. Some of the stuff is outdated but it’s okay. We checked in at the appropriate times and the staff was super helpful and attentive. Parking is super convenient bc it’s right in the back lot of the hotel. We also had the chance to pick which room we wanted out of the 4 different single bed layouts. They also had a pool which looked pretty good & clean. This is now my second time staying here and I really enjoyed it. It was actually a much better stay this time than it was the last time but both times were still great experiences. The boardwalk is a 2 minute walk as well as the beach. It is further from the CENTER of the boardwalk so it is a little quieter on the side you end up on which I personally love. Totally will be staying here again, it’s my go to place to stay at seaside! If you are very PARTICULAR & expect a super luxurious place… don’t stay here, stay home."

"The parts of the property I saw were clean but needed some updates and maintenance. The pool was great but side walls of room and doors need replacement rusty and old. In our room the fridge and microwave need to be replaced. Our room was clean but needs paint and some updates."
