"The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we would suggest is removing the trophy animals (three deer heads and a turkey). Not everyone is comfortable with such...

"The area surrounding the cabin was beautiful. Great fishing spot. Cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed and comfortably slept 5. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Generator was enough to keep out phones alive for 2 nights. Great spot, will definitely be coming back."

"We loved everything about the beautiful place, what a mansion! It was a warm welcome by the owners. The room was amazingly huge and beautiful decorated. We slept like babies under the soft linen. We got a great tip for dining, so we could indulge with 3 course dining. Breakfast was made with a lot of love, we could request exactly what we wanted. 🤗"

"Very unique experience in a wonderful locations but a few asterisks.There is no plumbing en suite, which we were aware of, but the bathhouse (clean) is a good 100 yards away. Not ideal for middle-of-the-night wakeups or if your ability to get around is compromised. It got very cold overnight and unfortunately the fireplace would not switch on. The batteries in the remote were probably the culprit, but this didn't help make us any warmer. The staff was very nice and helpful. "

"I love this place.It was nicely decorated and loved the high ceiling and hot tub. And, morning coffee on the patio. It is in mint condition and beautiful, tastefully done.Gorgeous, and super comfortable, a perfect get away for a couple. This place has it all. "

"My family had a wonderful stay at this property. We were looking for a place near Plattekill Mountain that was dog friendly and this house was great! Very clean, well-equipped with kitchenware, and the host was very responsive. My 2 boys loved the loft bedroom! "
