"Breakfast wasn't included. Shower was freezing cold. Showerhead sprayed all over and the pressure was so strong it was hurting. Toilet ran all night and the heater was so loud everytime it turned on."

"Parking is ample.. staff were friendly.. the water park was ok.. the hot tub was not working, and I was hoping to utilize that. Little disappointed in the amount you spend for a room and there’s no complimentary breakfast. Coffee is $4.25 for a small cup and if you get breakfast it is added to the “great price” of $7.99. The food is ok, the beds were comfortable, however they have the worst pillows. Big lumps of polyester which resulted in a very poor sleep. Not to mention the room was right beside the elevator. Heard every person throughout the wee hours of the morning… room 617. I was hoping for a more comfortable stay but ended waking up unrested and disappointed in the coffee and their pillows. "
