"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport / Florence. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to the airport, restaurants, and shopping areas. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a great bonus. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! Definitely will stay here again next trip to CVG"
