The location was highly convenient, especially as we were visiting Waterworld waterpark right next door – it made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – extremely professional, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful, which really made the experience special. The hotel itself was spotless, with our room and all areas kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. It was a comfortable, welcoming stay that helped make our celebration extra memorable. The hot spring is excellent (even though the main indoor pool was a hotter than the super-nice temperature on previous occasions), breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable (although aircon was not working well this time and one had to sleep with open windows, it was reasonably quiet), convenient parking nearby"
