"The room was ok for a stay, clean and have almost everything required for someone who is transitting and plan to stay a night at Sydney before taking another flight. However, it is very difficult communicate with the staff. I forgot a phone and I left some messages to ask them, they didnt even answer anything. Lucky it is only my second phone, but the lack of communication doesnt make me feeling to stay again here. "

"This place is comfortable, in a very handy location, and great value for money. I have stayed here on a couple of occasions.. On this stay, it was unpleasant that other guests were smoking in the internal atrium area (where there are no smoking signs), and someone took my clothes out of the guest dryer and left them wet on top of the machine. "Room looked worn needs a little updating. Bed was a little uncomfortable, wife annd I both had sore backs in the morning. An alarm that went off at 12.30am not impressed. The reason for the alarm, someone opened the bathroom door and let steam out, don’t think so, smoke detectors don’t go off with steam !!!"
