"When I first checked in I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied, when I finally got the right room key I walked in to my room and was hit with a wave of heat. Went into the bathroom and there were dirty wash clothes on shower curtain rod. Breakfast was disorganized and not stocked well. Had to wait for forever for eggs to be brought out. The trash was over flowing and not checked. Dishes ran out constantly. There was no remote in my room when I checked in and had to go down stairs to get a remote for it not to work and waited an hour and 15 min to be brought one that worked. Would have been nice to be able to stream what I wanted on the tv instead of basic cable but that’s neither here nor there. I about slipped and fell in the shower because the tub was so slippery. Overall it’s beautiful to look at but not kept up with. Will not be back"

"The indoor pool was not heated it was super freezing and the TV you can't stream on or use wifi you can't buy movies only watch a few basic channels. "

"Construction, dust, and dirt all over the place no breakfast, fitness room, close pool closed, dust on check-in desk. Not a pleasant stay"

"What a wonderful place for our group! We had a great time paddling in to Bath and spending time at Ada’s. Felt so cozy and the host was so welcoming and accommodating. Could have been better. "
