"This property was perfect for our family reunion with 8 adults and 8 children. Everyone had a bed! The amenities were top notch, including the hot tub and both dry and wet steam showers. The movie room was perfect for watching the world cup games as well! Location was wonderful, nice to get away from the crowds at the beach. The only main downside is not having access to the private beach that the homes in incline village have access to. Would definitely stay at this property again!"

"The (Aspen Tower) room was clean, well furnished, and in most respects comfortable. My only serious complaint is that the thermostat for heat was capped at 74 degrees. That's ok i guess for someone younger, but too cold for me. Someone from engineering looked at it but his only suggestion was to switch to another room which i doubt would have helped. I've seen this before. There is a switch buried in the thermostat that limits the setting. He said he would talk to his manager, maybe to get permission to fix it, but I never heard back from him. I don't know about the other restaurants, which are likely good, but forget the buffet. I went on Saturday night and it was not only very limited but almost nothing seemed fresh. It MIGHT be worth half the price. Staff, except for the engineer, was very pleasant and professional. No bar soap or small bottles, just attached bulk generic containers. Walk-in shower was nice except that a grab bar would have made it a little safer, for me anyway."
