Great hotel

The location is GREAT on the main road in Appenzell. The staff is super friendly and helpful in suggestion things to do. The breakfast was very good as well. The only to be aware of (which wasn't a negative for us) is the Church right across the street rings its bells until pretty late and again at 6:30 am. They are awesome bells, but very loud. It was very nice - small room, but everything was convenient and worked well. Good bed and shower

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being from the USA the breakfast included items that we are used to having.

The customer service was excellent. The restaurant, Tenn is a must try. We were throughly impressed by the quality of the food and customer service.

Das Hotel at Säntis is nothing like a 3* hotel. I would give it 4 1/2* for sure. From check in to check out the staff looks sfter you, is super friendly and help ful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. View of the mountain is stunning. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast buffet as well as dinner. Quality of the food is very high using a lot of regionally sourced products, inclusing cheese from the cheese fsctory across the street. We especially liked the short-holiday package...

This location is great for catching the bus to most anywhere. The bus stop is 150ft. Bus rides are free for tourists. The receptionist super helpful for bus times and connections. There is open fields close by great for walking in the countryside. Bus 13 will get you there getting off Sportpark!

Hotel was very convenient to the train station. It is in the center of this wonderful village with lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping. Rooms were very nice the restaurant served a nice buffet breakfast and alson dinner. The bar was pleasant.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect place to relax and recharge. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the wellness facilities, and the calm atmosphere. It is a wonderful place for couples looking for a peaceful getaway, with a...
