Hampton's Vacation Inn

"We had a really nice stay here. The location was super convenient and check-in was very easy. The house itself is cute and had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were nicely made, there were plenty of towels, and each bedroom had its own A/C unit with a remote, which was great for controlling the temperature room by room. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, knives, cutlery, dishes, a full-size fridge, and a coffee maker. The house is definitely a bit older, though, so there are a few quirks. The floors and doors creak quite a bit, the shower is pretty dated, and there were only 2 hangers in two of the three closets. It’s also right near the train tracks, so you can hear the train at night. Overall, we had a really nice stay and it worked well for us since we spent most of our days at the beach or out exploring. Staff picked fresh tomatoes and shared them with us. It’s a cute, convenient home base in Hampton Bays, especially if you’re planning to be out and about most of the time."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. This is the second time I was there and I very much plan to be a returning guest. This time I came with my sister, niece and nephew and we had a fantastic time. The employees were fantastic and so helpful and the grounds were impeccably maintained, and the rooms were very clean. Thank you!"

"It’s Montauk, you go here for the beach, but if you also like to dip in a pool, it’s inconvenient, plan on walking an entire trail through a parking lot to get to it. I had a prime spot for a room, choose wisely, if it’s not beachfront, you’ll also walk. It’s Gurney’s, known for its spa, it’s truly the best part of the resort, beautiful and services are fine. The staff is very nice here but SLOW. I wouldn’t say in this case you get what you pay for, if you’re looking for a Montauk vacation you’re paying for the name if you’re going for the spa you’re also paying for the spa and personally, it’s not a family vacation spot, no activities. It’s definitely a tourist spot. Dog friendly, plan to hear dogs barking."
