"Nice place clean quiet location"

"The property was not nearly as clean as in the pics. Also, tho it says it sleeps six, there is not nearly enough cutlery or cooking utensils for 6. The BBQ was filthy and was full of gunk - tho we asked to have it cleaned, it never was, and trying to cook a full meal that was to have been grilled was a problem with only one small frying pan. "We travel to Brantford every year for our kids sports and have found the hotels nearby dirty and run down. Thai year we decided to rent a VRBO property and we were glad we did! This house was impeccable! It seemed to be brand new including furniture, linens etc. it was very well appointed with everything you would need for the kitchen and cleaning. It was conveniently located, neighbourhood was great and there was ample parking."
